Osama Ma’ayah – Founder – Chief Executive Officer

Osama is driven by passion for the hospitality industry, with successful 40 years long career across all various fields of hotels operations, mainly, management, finance, owner representation , technical services and consultations, topped with hotels opening’s, while being a dedicated associate of Intercontinental Hotels Group since 1979, later Owner Representative for both the Jeddah Intercontinental Hotel, Movenpick City Star, while providing management support for both. Dar Al Taqwa Hotel – Medina and Al Murjan Beach & Resort while serving as the President of the Hospitality Industry Solutions company in Saudi Arabia.

Osama’s vision and experience led him to identify the need to group a team of highly motivated and experiences Hoteliers all under one roof, each in his line of experience to serve every  need to support and manage Hotels.

He and the Mark Team are committed to delivering Revenue increase, significant cost-savings, high professional services, ultimately leading to enhance the return on investment for the Owners and at cost effective fees and terms.

Nabil Khuzouz – Consultant – Assets Management & Hospitality

Mohamed Shaheerudeen (Shahir) – Consultant – Brand Service Standards, Quality Assurance & Talent Management

Mohammed Damra – Consultant of Information Technology

Mohammed Damra, an International hospitality geek with plenty of global experience at executive level,  have taken many  roles with different international organizations in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Mohammed is very passionate about the technology in the hospitality industry including the in-room.

He built very strong relations with hotel management companies as well as hotels’ owners among the regions and with a strong technical, sales and operations background, that supported him to take a role as an adviser/consultant with major owning companies and for new upcoming hotels projects as well as for existing ones.

Mohammed has supported in setting up the IT standards and building up the complete IT infrastructure according to  international standards in the industry during different phases of the projects till the hotels are in operations.

He possess high skills in “Management & Administration”. He is a proactive. innovative expert and with in-depth knowledge of related products in his field of experience.

Khalil has great abilities to lead, guide, build cohesive multinational teams to achieve established objectives and targets.

Syed Al Hafeel – Consultant – Project Development & Technical Advise.

A passionate architect by profession, Hafeel chose his career in hospitality at a very early stage right after completing his architectural degree. With his extensive knowledge and interest towards designing Hotels & Resorts, he shifted to Dubai to work with a hospitality consultant.

In his experience as a project development architect, Hafeel has contributed to number of hotel projects in GCC overseeing their evolution from concept to development through to operational handover.

His design & development knowledge and also his eye for single details to achieve maximum efficiency and design functionality will reflect on hotel performance.
